Extremely disappointed with our stay at this property. From just trying to get into the home to all the issues we had in the home, it will not be on our list of homes to go to in Pine Mountain Lakes. I was given instructions to use the last 4 of my cell to gain access to the home. The home had a padlock holding a key requiring a 4 number code, however this was NOT the way to get in the home. There was an electronic keyboard (all black and appeared to be part of the door to me) that required the 4 numbers. The problem was once we found the keyboard, it kept coming up with 2 numbers, different each time we pushed the keyboard (later we found out you had to hit those two numbers to wipe them out and the full keyboard would appear)... That would have been good to know! After numerous attempts, we finally got a full keyboard and was able to enter the home. Once in the home we found a list of issues. Due to character limit in reply I will just summarize: bbq had not been clean; both tanks were low or empty; dining chairs had wobbly legs; no soap anywhere in home, dirty kitchen drawers; 2 of 8 vanity lights working; linen in the closet looked like someone rolled them and threw them in the closet; internet & tv didn't work (had to have mgr come out); instructions for using internet was on a sheet full of crossed out gibberish so you could not tell what the PW was; living room drapes would not close; patio doors required 2 hands of force to open. Clearly not returning.
