I loved the staff member who helped us— he had a great sense of humor and the hostel felt more like visiting my grandma’s than staying in a place with other strangers. It was incredibly comfortable with many unique vintage elements! Coffee was available to brew as well!

Friendly. Quiet. Has the essentials for reasonable price. Access to kitchen.
Very mini kitchen with almost no counter space. No common area. Last time I was in the other building which had much more space in the common area and much larger kitchen. It would be nice if they would give access to that building’s common area as well.

Beautiful area, cute town, great porch with a little stream running behind it.
Not really worth the price. We got a private room and it cost more than a decent hotel. And this ain’t that. No AC, not even a fan in the room. Some youngsters came in and started playing music on a speaker at 9 pm…had to go out and ask them to turn it off. We locked our door and someone was still able to unlock it and open the door before realizing they had the wrong room. Bad!! If I’m with a big group of backpackers, might stay here again. Otherwise, no.
