An office/den with custom desk is located just off the kitchen if you need to get some work done. Washer and dryer available on the second floor. Downstairs there is a large den/entertainment area as well as 2 large bedrooms, including a pack and play for little ones, 1 full bath and a kitchenette with full size frig/freezer, coffeepot and microwave. Access the upstairs via outside steps, indoor circular staircase, or the elevator. The house has an outdoor ice machine and a separate bait freezer.
