This La Quinta home is built for slow mornings, long afternoons by the pool, and evenings that stretch out under a canopy of stars. Whether you`re here for the festivals, the fairways, or simply the sun, this is the kind of place that makes it easy to stay just one more day.

Living space
Set within the PGA Signature community, this single level home welcomes up to 8 guests with an open, flowing layout designed for comfort and togetherness. The main living area anchors around a large sectional and TV, with high speed Wifi and a dedicated workspace tucked in for those blending downtime with productivity.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a TV, and direct patio access, complete with an ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom also features a king bed and TV. The third bedroom is set up for shared stays with two queen beds. For families, a crib, pack `n play/Travel crib (available upon request), and high chair are all on hand.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with everything you need - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cooking basics. A Keurig coffee machine gets your mornings going, and the dining table seats eight, making shared mealtimes easy and relaxed. Wine glasses, a blender, toaster, baking sheet, and barbecue utensils round out the setup.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is the heart of this home. A pool with a Baja shelf and an Endless Pools Swim Machine gives you options for both laps and lounging. The private hot tub - available all year, open 24 hours - is ideal for unwinding after a day out. Sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ grill make it easy to spend full days outside, and a 5 hole putting green adds a fun touch for guests of all ages. Sweeping mountain and desert views frame it all.

Bathroom & comfort
With 2.5 bathrooms and a bathtub, there`s plenty of room for a full house to move comfortably. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and central heating keep things comfortable no matter the time of year. A washer and free dryer, iron, hangers, clothing storage - walk-in closet, closet, and dresser - extra pillows and blankets, and all bathroom essentials are included.

Location
Less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds, you`re well placed for Coachella Valley festivals, golf, and local highlights like Old Town La Quinta and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Shopping and major routes are easily accessible for day trips across the desert.

Access & policies
Self check-in via keypad means a smooth, flexible arrival. Free parking on premises and an EV charger - level 2 (220 volts, 12-35 miles per hour) are available. Long term stays are allowed. Please note that pets are not allowed.
Check-in is after 4PM local time and check-out is at 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available - if we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will, and there is no extra fee for either.
Our homes use keyless entry. A unique code is issued for every reservation - no physical key needed - making arrival simple and secure.
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee.
Hot tub heat is complimentary. Pool heating is $50 per day to reach 88 degrees (typically needed October-May). During summer months, the pool naturally sits between 85-95 degrees.
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home. We do not have mailbox keys, and as multiple vendors, housekeeping, and Guest Services staff access the property, we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
