As you step onto the wrap-around deck on the second floor, you'll be greeted by the expansive kitchen, a welcoming dining area, and the main living room, all designed to provide comfort and style. Second floor: Primary bedroom 1- King sized bed, with attached full bath with shared hallway access. Bedroom 2- Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3- Queen bedroom. Head down the spiral staircase to experience the first floor of this expansive property. The first floor offers more bedrooms, along with a game room and media room. Laundry room and two full baths complete this level. First floor: Bedroom 4- Queen sized bed. Bedroom 5- Queen sized bed. Bedroom 6- Bunk room: twin bunk bed and 2 additional twin beds. Gate to water front dock area. Perfect for fishing, equipped with a cleaning table and sink. We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s). Primary renter must be present on all bookings. There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved. Primary renter must be present on all bookings and over the age of 25.
