Die gute Lage in der Altstadt von Krumau und die reichhaltige Ausstattung, auch mit liebem Schnickschnack. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten viel Platz. Sehr schöne Holzböden.
Die Klospülung, die nicht immer alles gleich runterspülte.

We were in Apartment #1 on 1st for (up steep set of stairs, no elevator but normal for this area of course). Hard to rate this one. We have settled on a 7 for the following reasons:
Owners & Comms: 9/10 (helpful, early check-in, helped with directions etc. owner helped me get my main bag uostairs).
Kitchenette: 9/10 (kettle, toaster, hotplates, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery, cooking gear, etc).
Lounge room 7/10 (only one channel had any English speaking and that was music videos, couch reasonably comfy but not over so, does have table and chairs).
Bedroom 6/10 (looked pretty enough but curtains did not block out any night lights outside and 2 stairs squeaked like crazy and kept waking each other up when needed to get up in the night. Bed was too hard for us but that is personal preference. No sheet, just slept on an underlay thingy which was super hot. No fan in room).
Bathroom: 5/10 (no free standing shower or even shower over bath. There is a small half bath that you need to be fairly petite to sit in, and there is a small hand held shower stick. Ok for 1 night but not great for longer term stay, washing hair, etc. Liked that it had a warming towel rail).
This 'averages' a 7 overall.

Location was terrific (other than you do have to drag cases along cobblestones for ,259m from nearest car drop off point - but this is typical for many accoms so not holding that against them at all!). Was a fantastic spot for visiting the castle and easy to explore every part of Cesky Krumlov.
There were lots of PowerPoints in all rooms. Had games for kids.
We would rerate this to 8/10 if a proper pedestal fan was supplied to help in summer with sleeping and relaxing in the lounge area and a sheet was provided to sleep on and blinds to keep the light out at night. If those little bits were fixed we'd happily stay again.
