Pequeño pero acogedor. El precio muy asequible y no se puede pedir más. La verdad que sorprendido con las instalaciones y la limpieza. Sin duda repetiría. Son muy amables y me gestionaron mis consultas rápidamente.

la facilidad de reservar, la comunicación con la propiedad y el acceso a la habitación. La zona para aparcar está muy bien porque es zona azul y había mucho sitio libre enfrente de la habitación, aunque el parkimetro no funcionaba y no echamos monedas, no nos pusieron multa pero no tardarán en activarla. El baño pegadico a la habitación está bien, el plato ducha correcto. Por la noche es silencioso.
el colchón de la cama que hay que cambiarlo o ponerle un toper (es una solución más barata) para que haga que el colchón sea más cómodo. Olor a desagüe, hay que mirar el tema de olores, cuidado. Recomendación: pongan una máquina vending con algo para comer y beber ya sea café para llevar, refresco, botellín de agua y snacks a buenos precios porque no hay nada cerca para tomar algo antes de echarte a dormir.

Gute Lage, etwas oberhalb der Stadt auf einem Hügel aber in 20 Minuten ist man am Hafen.
Komfortables Bett, wir haben gut geschlafen. Waschmaschine und Waschmittel waren vorhanden.
Küche, Kühlschrank und Töpfe vorhanden. Es fehlte allerdings etwas an an Grundausstattung für die Küche z.B. Pfannenwender etc.
Man muss wissen das das Zimmer im Keller liegt. Das Bad ist noch mal eine Treppe runter was nicht so praktisch ist. Auch etwas muffig.

en sous-sol non signalé, sans aération, mauvaise odeur, juste une petite fenêtre…frigo moisi…eau dans les plinthes de la salle de bain, forte odeur d’humidité et moisissures salle de bain.
