We did unfortunately encounter bed bugs during our stay, which we believe were brought in by previous guests. However, the owner and property management handled the situation exceptionally well and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. The property was professionally treated at a significant expense, and the owner fully reimbursed us for our stay. They also provided documentation confirming that the treatment was completed. We really appreciated how seriously they took the situation and how quickly they worked to make everything right. The house itself was great, the location was great, and we otherwise had a very positive experience. It was unfortunate that we encountered an issue that appears to have resulted from previous guests, but the way the owner and management handled it was outstanding. They truly went above and beyond, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Owner & the company management listen to us jump on the situation right away. Good people who treat their guests with dignity.
