Noctis Hotel

Nuestra estancia en Noctis Hotel fue maravillosa. Nos encantó el ambiente íntimo y acogedor del hotel, perfecto para una escapada romántica. Todo está cuidado al detalle y la experiencia fue realmente especial, desde la tranquilidad de la habitación hasta la atención recibida. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver.

Habría sido genial que te llevaran las maletas a la habitación.

De bijzondere omgeving en inrichting, echt fantastisch wij zijn hier 3 dagen geweest en het was de meest bijzondere en heerlijke ervaring. Geweldig ontbijt en een heel goed restaurant.

Niets! Alles was perfect, ook het personeel. Ik bleek een gebroken rug te hebben, moest Nasr het ziekenhuis en zij hebben alles geregeld voor ons, spullen ingepakt, mij gereden met de rolstoel, niets was re veel. Wat een geweldig team en een heel goede manager.

I liked the design of the room. Great bed, nice decor. Pretty bathroom and there is the advertised sense of isolation.

I made a list in the order in which we noticed things, here goes: Upon arrival, one realizes that the "free parking" is outside but they charge you 10E/night to park INSIDE the property. Nothing inherently bad about that but, they had plenty of parking space available inside gates for guests with cars. Still, car was safe & there WAS a place to park it. Check in: Check in process is long-winded. We arrived tired & hoping to check in quickly (having done online pre-check) only to discover that one has to make food decisions for breakfast and/or dinner upon arrival. Prior to arrival, we understood that our "included breakfast" would be brought to our room. In theory it sounds charming & special. The reality is that you have to pay 20 euros extra per person if you want eggs for example AND, both people staying in room MUST get it (40E expense) or not at all. On first day, breakfast was two pieces of toast, two coffee pods, 1 small bottle of cold milk, 1 small bottle of orange juice and 2 hotel sized little tubs of butter, jam and olive oil brought in a basket. Super disappointing & stingy. Dinner was better and we chose to eat it at the pavilion outside but there was all this cotton fluff flying around and getting into the food + the smell of manure to contend with. Food was tepid as it must be walked over from kitchens which are elsewhere. The safe box is not anchored. I could have walked out with it. Lots of bugs, no netting barrier on sliding balcony doors. Pool was not available for use at time of stay. Only 2 towel hooks in bathroom and placed inside shower. Nowhere to hang a face towel which was annoying. English dinner menu lacks descriptions of what a dish contains so I had to ask front desk (not a waiter) for clarification. Gardeners made much noise in morning. Woke me up at 9am. Whole point of vacation is to sleep in a little. Checkout is at 11 and check in at 4.
