It was close to the train station and easy to get into the main attractions of Rome. I liked it was in a nice quiet and safe neighbourhood. Also loved having 24 hour reception.

The room was very large, spacious, well equipped and clean.
There was no wi-fi in the hotel room.

Great location, 15 mins by bus to Vatican and 30 mins to Termini station. Staff was very friendly and let us store some bags in the morning before our check in
Pillow was not comfy, hard. Also can't borrow the microwave to heat up food, most other hotels would let you do so. Our toilets smelled like cigarette due to poor ventilation, even when our exhaust was left on the whole night

Location, view from the balcony and staff.
Smell from the bathroom, everything is worn out, the wall are damaged, blinds don’t open fully, everything in the shower and wiggling and barely hanging on the walls, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, we didn’t have a good night sleep.
