The location is perfect, and it's brilliantly quiet. It's relatively affordable for the West End, and everything was very clean and comfortable.
The rooms are small, which is fine, but I'd love a little table so I didn't have to put all my stuff just on the floor

Location couldn't have been better for the price, hotel was lovely and clean and staff were always friendly and helpful. You can hear the subway trains but I found it really relaxing

i will say this. The room was clean, the staff was great, the bed was really comfy. the overall experience being in a underground room was interesting and though not for everyone was kind of cool.
The biggest flaw i have with the hotel is everywhere ESPECIALLY the room smelt like mold. the other big issues especially for me and my partner was the lack of Airconditioning as we both struggle with heat. i dont know if the AC was broken or needs repair overall but we had it on full power and it just kept flashing red
