Concierge on arrival was informative, kind, helpful, he was very good at his job! checkin was electronic and smooth. Room was perfect
Breakfast was very poor, no mushrooms or tomatoes for vegetarians, pasteies werepoor quality

Affordability, location, excellent breakfast, ability to leave bags.
The staff didn't have a clear uniform so it was sometimes difficult to know who you were talking to.
You had to put your own duvet on the bed, a minor gripe but good to know.

Great location and friendly staff
Just a couple of minor defects, outside plaque displaying room number etc kept falling off and you would hear it hit the floor. I gave up after trying to stick it back on a 3rd time. The led strip light running under the bathroom vanity unit kept peeling off so the door to the bin would keep catching it

Great location, altogether nice place, very clean.
A few things could have been done better.
There was no cup near the sink, which made teeth brushing uncomfortable.
The shower head was leaking during my whole stay.
The windowless rooms are a bit stuffy.
The breakfast was ok but some of the hot food was cool, and some dried out. (Couldn't cut the bacon with a knife, it was too hard.)
