I loved the location of the hotel - close to stores, restaurants, the tube, and an awesome nightlife. The room was newly renovated and very comfortable. Staff was extremely accommodating and responsive

Great location. Good value for money. Breakfast is a good quality coffee and samosa / granola bar from the coffee shop below. Staff friendly. Clean facilities and toiletries provided. Had a good nights sleep.
As described - it is a shared bathroom / toilet so be prepared. Lots of stairs to room if you have a case to carry. Was asked for ID on arrival even though I was not advised I needed this.
