A very nice boutique hotel in the heart of London within walking distance to Regent Park and Oxford Street. The rooms and toilets are kept very clean with crispy white linen and towels. The beds are very comfy. Rooms have good air-conditioning too. English breakfast was good with plenty of choices. All the staff are very courteous and go out of the way to help. We stayed for 5 days. Initially we were given a very small room but when I complained the very next day a larger room was allocated as soon as it became available.
Overall an excellent stay and will highly recommend as the cost is also reasonable for a 4* hotel in middle of Central London.
Will stay again.

Very helpful and approachable staff, clean room, air conditioning that worked, good breakfast with fresh filter coffee, and great location.
