The room was cosy but perfect for one. Everything was immaculately clean and well appointed with tea/coffee making facilities and plenty of toiletries.
There was nothing to dislike. Maybe the option of an extra blanket would be nice but the heating worked well I just prefer not to need it on at night.

Easy entry. Good instructions. However, u cannot access your room till it is check in time. Excellent location. Close to tubes, buses, taxis and one can walk to major attractions. All stores within easy walking distance. Free Netflix and prime.
They gave me a basement room . Tiny . No view except for the rail and people’s feet. Only one hook to hang your towel in the bathroom. No shelf or wall containers for the shampoo, conditioner or body wash. No place to sit except the bed. One has to crawl onto the bed. Never get room 1,4,7 all in the dungeon.

the location was perfect, check in/check out process is very easy. the room was spotless and comfortable
we couldn’t open the window since we were in a basement room, and it would be nice if we could have gotten some fresh air instead of using AC all the time

The location was really good, rooms were nicely decorated and modern.
The house keeping was extra fees, we stayed there for 6 days they wanted extra money to bring us fresh towels. The rooms were small, no elevator you need to carry your luggages through really narrow stairs. They dont have anywhere to store luggages therefor we left out bags to a place where they have an arrangement and claimed our first 2 hours will be free. It wasnt free eventhough we booked through the link they have send us we payed 60 pounds to store our luggages for a few hours.
