Great location . Opp Centrale . Newly renovated . modern rooms . We were given a view with the station on a higher floor . Staff was extremely helpful and attentive .
Even though there was no tea / coffee or ironing facilities in the room - they were promptly provided !

- It's in a great location. It's very central, but also in a small alley, so there's not much street noise.
- The staff at the bar/cafeteria is good.
- The Spanish man at the front desk was nice.
- Beds are comfortable.
- Complimentary water, coffee, and tea in the room. Kettle available.
- Free luggage storage for the day.
- 24/7 front desk.
- The hotel is under renovation, resulting in noise throughout the day. There was no prior warning about this.
- The noise insulation is poor, especially considering it is an old hotel. We were woken up by children screaming in the hallways in the morning.
- The Wi-Fi doesn't work well. It is not recommended for people who need WiFi during their trip. The staff provided us with a Wi-Fi repeater, but it didn't work properly either.
- There is only one elevator, and it is extremely slow and old.
- The toilet doesn't flush properly, and the shower pressure is very poor.
- Breakfast consists of two types of pastries, bread, jam, butter, yogurt, coffee or tea, and juice. There are no vegan or lactose-free options.
- Requests to the front desk may be slow sometimes.
- I recommend sending messages and emails to confirm that your requests are received to avoid any delays upon arrival.
- It's extremely expensive for what it is.
