The hotel provided its accommodation service, but I cannot say the same for satisfaction.

I am satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the location of the hotel. Although the breakfast variety was limited, I was satisfied with the service provided. Especially the employees at breakfast were very attentive.

I stated that I could arrive at the hotel a little early when making the reservation. I remember the check-in time as 14.00. Since I went early, I waited for a long time with my luggage. Also, since the male staff told me the check-in time was 15.00 at check-in, they made me wait another half hour even though I came back to the hotel at 15.00. I had traveled by plane for 5 hours and it was a very bad experience. In addition, the coffee in the room was said to be free for the first time, but while we only used 2, it was renewed and we could not use the other products we did not use free of charge. There was a price difference of nearly one night between this hotel and the Waldorf Hilton, but I think this hotel is definitely not worth this money. The location may be nice, but there were nice hotels and more affordable hotels around Hyde Park and Covent Garden.

Stay was ok - Not memorable, nor a disaster either!

Room - reasonable size; bed - comfortable; decent size tv; good tea/coffee facilities

Had to request bath plug for bath! Difficulty in turning on shower with getting drenched with cold water first! Food a little on expensive side. Lack of sports channels on tv in room, and in bar! Even Sky Sports News would have been a help!

Family room worked well with a child. The location is very central and close to the major tourist attractions.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and it was a busy weekend with the London Marathon 2024 on that weekend.

Better first time

The location was great and the staff extremely helpful.

Some of the rooms were quite tacky (settled on 3rd offered) and the layout very bad. A couple of the complementary toiletries were empty, bulbs not in lamps... Stayed before at the hotel and it was excellent, this time not so much.. for the money paid...

Wouldn’t stay again

Smelt nice, nice big bed. Let us check in early.

The bathroom was outdated, we had a leaky ceiling, it was noisy and the curtains didn’t shut properly so the room was really bright

Nice reception staff. Room ready on arrival. Good location.

The lobby and corridors on ground floor smelt of smoke. Being woken up at 3 for over half an hour whilst the recycling was collected right outside our window on the first floor. No coffee machine.

Very nice stay, perfect for a west end visit

I just stayed there for one night to see a show in the west end so didn't spend much time in the hotel but from what I saw, I would recommend and return again. It was clean, staff were friendly, easy check-in and check-out. Located near tube so it was very easy to get around and the area its self seemed good.

Nothing to add. I wasn't there very long so no complaints.

Small Rooms and Poor Quality

Location

Spot light hanging from ceiling Air con faulty in first room No view out of window Tight space in room no suitcase holder Fire door handle hits the wardrobe when opening so it's broken. Pillows are only feather based so too soft.

Good location for 20minute walk to theatres. Less busy than central west end locations.

Clean and comfortable and airy. Bathroom facilities and toiletries excellent. Very good breakfast.

The staff was so rude and have robbed my partners clothing we’re currently getting a lot number from the police as these clothes were worth a lot of money.

Disappointing

The location was pretty good.

The room was small and the bed was like sleeping on the floor. For the price of a nights stay I would have expected a comfortable bed and complimentary tea, coffee and water.

C’est cher pour la chambre que c’était, la chambre n’était pas la même que sur les photos lors de notre réservation. Mauvaise isolation des fenêtres. Frigo vide.

Was ok but bad sleep

Location was good and nice check In

The tv hardly had any channels that worked as we were in basement. Noise from workers I assume and wasn’t happy wjth the location of the room at all Bed was very noisy just moving around in night waking me and partner up. Spoke to reception and they just said sorry about that which wasn’t really a good outcome.

Convenient and expensive.

Location was convenient for our purposes over two nights. The staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and although the room was small it was all that we needed.

Surprised that neither the desk nor standard lamp worked and there was no shower mat. In addition, the two small plastic bottles of water on the side table were chargeable at £2 each, which seemed pretty petty considering the cost of the room.

Disappointing quality for the money.

Great location, very close to British Museum, bed was comfy, staff were nice.

Booked a Queen Superior as it was advertised as having a balcony, room wasn’t ready at 3 so we got upgraded to a King. When I enquired if it also had a balcony I was informed none of the rooms have balconies! All a bit tatty for the price. Menu was poor.

The team at the Hilton were amazing, we booked this as part of a gift for our daughter’s birthday. The team made her visit special and made her visit perfect.

Perfection.

The hotel had impeccable service, the quality and modern technology was superb, safety was great in the hotel, plus the breakfast buffet and friendly staff made the stay overall enjoyable and eager to return to a comfortable hotel.

The taxi services could have been more effective as, using a button to call for a taxi is certainly a great idea, as they do not have a ramp it’s a main road, the taxis had taken a long time to reach the hotel, so I opted to using Uber instead.

Bar very expensive and the price for the same drink changed throughout the evening as some staff added the discretionary tip automatically without telling they’d done it , so had to question why the price was different depending on who served

Coffee in room was cheap Nescafé instant coffee that isn’t pleasant better quality coffee would be nice and only 2 supplied was a bit mean as the room was £210 a night - the other 2 were cheap decaf Nescafé again not good quality coffee
