Location was great. The restaurant was top-notch and the room well appointed.
We had a hard time figuring out the lights but once we understood how they worked, we were fine.

The room was well-appointed and well-laid out. Great location for St Pancras International Station.
Staff were not apologetic at waking me up at 11.30pm to ask if I had a tap on as there was a leak somewhere below the room. No 'sorry to wake you' or 'sorry for disturbing you'. Given how expensive the room was for the 14msq room (over GBP300) for the one night, I would have expected the staff to be more polite.
