Everything about our stay was exceptional. The staff were warm, welcoming and attentive, the room was beautifully presented and spotless, and the location was perfect for exploring London. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh, high-quality choices.
Nothing at all. My stay exceeded expectations, and l wouldn't change a thing. I look forward to returning.

Good location.
Scuffed doors, furnishings and general state of hotel. Windows not very insulating and can hear road noise. No dental kit in room despite being a “5 star hotel”. Half of breakfast brought up and wrong room initially given. Bathroom in desperate need of re-grouting and repair.
