Bed bugs, maybe a one time thing but management disputing it was what broke the camels back.

Proximity to my office.

I found bed bugs in my room. The bed sheets also had stains that indicated dropping of bed bugs. Ricardo the manager refused to accept that there were bugs despite ample proof from pictures. Shockingly enough sent me to NHS website to dispute the fact that the bug I found was a bed bug. Ironically it matches exactly my pictures. His treatment has been horrendous for a manager at a hotel of this caliber. I stayed 3. nights at the hotel and after I checked out they refuse to accept the bugs.

Very good

Great central location and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Nice design and hotel has a boutique feel although the rooms need some attention now.

The furniture in the rooms is a little tired and damaged although everything is very high quality and comfortable.

Vert nice hotel, but the SC left a bad taste in my mind. If you want to pay for good service fine

Room was wonderful and hotel was well located

The service charge added to the room, and also the 15% service charge added to the bar bill. The room SC i've never seen that before and 15% to the bar bill again was in my mind excessive (10% or even 12.5% is ok)

Comfortable but overpriced, this is not a 5 star hotel.

The property was very clean. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance from the train.

The property was described as a 5 star hotel. it is NOT the rooms are small the reception area is noisy small & busy. The staff congregate & smoke outside the hotel which is not a good look.

Nice hotel, nice staff, enjoyable stay.

Really nice room with some really nice features!

The room got a little too hot, and could not cool it with temperature control. Was also hoping for a bath, but had a double shower (which was good)

very comfortable great location

electronic controls didn’t all work in bedroom, could not shut blind. bar shut 10pm when I arrived 9.30am. to be fair staff were helpful but shutting at 10pm to residents is a poor policy for an expensive City hotel

Amazing weekend with my fiancé chloe.

The service was perfect. I purchased a romantic turndown to propose to my now current fiancé couldn't of chose a better place I'd love to thank the team that were working throughout out stay.

There's nothing that we didn't like.

Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Could not find fault. Large stylish room with fab bathroom and huge two person size bath. Really quiet . Every detail considered. A Dyson hairdryer with a diffuser ( as a curly girl I have never seen this) a toaster and a beautiful drawer of different glasses.
