Location was excellent but it was the staff that made it extra special
8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
Mr Rohit Srivastava was very Polite, Accommodating and attentive to our needs during our Stay. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable as possible during our Stay. The Porters were also very good.
Sometimes there was a break in Communication with the receptionist but The Manager Mr Rohit Srivastava was Brilliant the way he handled some issues and did make up for our Issues. The property was a bit far out from Central London.
