- Decoration of bedroom was incredibly thought out

- Underfloor heating in bathroom was 5⭐️
- Easy check in and check out process
- Spa was very clean and relaxing
- Breakfast was nice, lots of options and included options on the À la carte menu also
- 2 out of 4 lifts in use was a little bit inconvenient; only one set to get down to basement level where the spa is and back up to room: time inefficient but tolerable, can’t help issues with the lifts!

We really enjoyed the spa despite the jacuzzi being out of action. The property was decorated well and had an executive feel
The sky high room felt considerably overlooked by another building that it felt uncomfortable to keep the blind open. There was no way to control the temperature in the bathroom, nor a way to block the sun from lighting the bedroom through the frosted bathroom door
