Good, but not great.

Good location, clean bedding, very helpful that I could check in early.

Water wasn’t hot enough, some of the lights didn’t work, no plug in the bath, remote control running low on battery. I had an accessible room (I don’t need one) and the sink was hard to use and the water splashed everywhere.

Service médiocre et personnel peu sexy.

Personnel peu disponible. Nous avons dû attendre une heure avant de savoir quand notre chambre serait disponible et le moment arrivé n’avons pas été prévenu alors que nous étions au restaurant. Ensuite nous avons encore attendu une heure avant qu’un employé vienne constater que la télévision ne marchait pas. Le changement de chambre s’est alors fait assez rapidement.

Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Pequeno-almoço muito rico e cheio de oferta. Quarto com boa arrumação. Cama confortável. Secador e ferro de engomar disponível no quarto. Casa de banho muito boa. Chuveiro de teto com excelente pressão de água.

i loved the location but otherwise it was disappointing

Poor service from reception (a man)

The location

When I checked in the guy on reception overcharged me £30 more than what was agreed via booking.com.. I only noticed when I looked at my bank app when I got to my room. He also didn't give me a receipt and he didn't mention what floor my room was on, didn't direct me to the lift and didn't tell me when or where breakfast was. I did manage to get a refund with a helpful young girl and I let her know about the poor welcome from the man

Great location and room/ alarm really spoiled it

Great room, lovely check in and comfy bed

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night repeatedly due to a fault. My stay was because I was doing the London marathon the following day and I could not get back to sleep because of the shock of the alarm. It affected my performance so not great at all. The staff member I spoke to when I rang down about the issue was off hand and rude too

Great location with very comfortable room - the shower is amazing!

Location was great, close to many food places including vegan menus. The room was a great size and very comfortable. The shower was amazing, with great pressure (probably the best feature of the room!). The whole hotel was covid safe and had hand sanitizing stations everywhere - we felt completely safe from the virus! The staff was very friendly and caring - no issues there.

I wish the television equipment was a bit more up to date with the current times. I was not able to access the movies selection and the whole TV system seems to be a bit dated - with only a few digital channels available (I am a techie, so that's a big thing for me). The only other small issue was the bar of soap being out of date, but we brought our own hand wash so it wasn't a big deal - we prefer to use that instead.

Great location for us.

Only complaint was that bottled water wasn’t provided daily. If we asked at the front desk we got it immediately. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Very accommodating.

The bed was very uncomfortable, dated ( despite we were told we will be staying in the newly refurbished room) The cleaner did not clean the cups, they were left the dirty and no bottles of water left in the room day one just on arrival

Only one robe in room. No wine/chocolates in room. Strange lighting set up in room, you turn one off, they all go off! Also, buzzing noise from the ceiling at night..

Nice hotel but expensive and needs attention to detail.

Great location, great breakfast, friendly staff. Very surprised by the small gym which was well equipped and had TV, towels etc. bar area was lovely.

Bar didn’t have any drinks on tap, could only offer bottled beer and can of Guinness. The bedside table was sticky. Very small room, no space to walk around bed. Not able to open room door out onto ‘balcony area’ and no window to open. Very expensive for one night. Shower door didn’t close properly causing it to make floor wet.

We were very happy with our choice of hotel, it is very comfortable and the location is perfect

Location was great, close to underground station and buses. Close to good restaurants and coffee shops. Double Room was large and the bed very comfortable. We asked for a quiet room and we were give a room away from the street. The reception, cleaning and bar staff were very helpful

The level of lighting was good but it was a bit confusing to work out how to turn on the individual lights ie bedside lights because there was a master switch. The air conditioning was very loud and we had to ask for a heater which was given straight away. We couldnt have left the aircon on during the night as it would have kept us awake.

Travelling for work and after a hard day it was nice to be staying at this hotel !!! The staff were excellent, the room was spacious and very clean and the restaurant was great. We will definitely be going back

Emergency stay - i got lucky

I want to give 5stars to Alexia, i think her name is - who was at reception in the day Saturday morning. She was fantastic. She sorted me out in the morning for check out. I got lucky last min at like 4am. I was stranded with less than 30% battery on my phone. PremierIn rejected me. I was so worried that i wouldnt be able to sleep safe and sound with a roof over my head that night. I am grateful that i had money enough to spend as a result of my own silly mistake forgetting my house keys. The room is better than getting a mashup bnb.

The shower was warm, not hot. Lots of wear and tear that's untaken care of. The breakfast was included, and well you pay for what you get and we can't really be choosey in desperate situations.

Great staff, nice room nice food, very clean

The hotel regularly closes the bar and breakfast area when Arsenal block book. I understand why you want the business but why doesn't the website flag this so you have full info before booking, or offer discounts when you can't get anything apart from room service after 7pm.

The hotel took my money despite not properly communicating that they somehow do NOT have contactless payment at check-in. Hence, I couldn't stay, but I was still charged. Booking.com have to intervene. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Appalling and uncomfortable. Inconvenient and over-priced for the poor standard.

Front of house is visually attractive and appears contemporary. However, because it is a Hilton Hotel and 'supposedly' 4*, you would expect high quality facilities and accommodation but sadly not....

The bed was hard! The remote control for the TV did not operate the TV! The water pressure literally 'trickled out of the taps and the shower too, so could not use the wash hand basin and could not have a shower! I eventually contacted/found a member of reception staff to complain but sadly they could not fix anything during my one-night stay! It was an absolute appalling nightmare and has definitely deterred me from staying with Hilton in the future!

Excellent Hotel in Perfect Location for events, bars, restaurants and shops.

location was perfect for me as i was next to the business centre for work. Nice restaurant next door with an exceptional menu. Plenty of eatery, bars and shops within walking distance if you have time to venture out.

There was nothing that I could say I disliked.
