Room was clean nice furnishings, liked the bathroom facilities. We had a comfortable night sleep. We only stayed one night and opt not to have breakfast in the morning. The 12:00 checkout was useful.
Wife commented about the main lighting in the room was on the low side.

Friendly staff, good location, nice bar area. Good location to explore London, either by foot if you like walking or with public transport.
Not very confotrable beds, 3rd bed not confortable at all and narrow. Breakfast could be imrpoved. Often food ran out (e.g. bread, unsalted butter...)

Room key cards very poor had to be re-set at reception every time we wanted to back to the room
