Un alojamiento muy cómodo para disfrutar unos días en Londres en familia.

Las instalaciones del hotel, la habitación era grande y muy cómoda, con todos los servicios necesarios. Además dispones de un kit de infusiones y cafe que te permite desayunar en la habitación. El personal es de lo más profesional y atento y hacen muy comoda tu estancia. Además el detalle de la cookie de bienvenida es genial, una pena que no haya opción sin gluten. Además esta muy bien comunicado via bus o metro. La estación Angel esta a 5 minutos y andando un poco más llegas con un agradable paseo a King Cross.

Practicamente nada, si bien no está centrico tienes a 10 minutos andando King Cross que el una de las principales estaciones para moverte en metro por Londres. Si llueve, que es habitual ;) tienes otro metro mucho más cerca.

A reasonable stay in a busy part of London.

Room was small but comfortable. Comfortable bed, but as with most London hotels, very thin walls meaning you hear next door's everything. We really liked the different spaces in the reception area and used the bar/ cafe area - this is a great space to have when you're travelling as a group and not sharing a room. The breakfast was also good with decent variety. Reception staff were excellent, polite and friendly and were able to help with a change to my booking. Angel tube station is just round the corner making travel to and from the hotel easy, and the area has plenty of amenities nearby.

Though the bedroom itself was clean, the bathroom was in need of bleaching. There was mould growing between the tiles in the bathroom, the movable shower head was covered in grime, and under the rim of the toilet was very dirty. This was an expensive stay.

Perfekter Ausgangsort für Sightseeing und Besuch der Harry Potter Universal Studios.

Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig Frische Eierspeisen konnten zusätzlich bestellt werden und waren im Preis inbegriffen. Schöne gemütliche Bar. Wir konnten unsere Zimmer sogar schon morgens beziehen und erhielten sogar ein upgrade. Was uns sehr freute. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Für uns war die Lage Top. Nahe der Underground Station Angel ca. 5 min zu Fuss und ca. 15 min Fussweg zum Bahnhof Kings Cross mit diversen Restaurants.

Londres est fantastique - pour une première visite venir au moins 5 jours sur place

la chambre pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant ne comprend pas de lit queen size pour les adultes mais juste un lit de 140 voir moins grands

pas de pancake alors que la machine est à disposition pas d’œuf à la coque ni sur le plat et uniquement du porc

Hotel calme, propre, classe, proche métro, quartier sympa. Lits confortables. Idéal pour séjour en famille.

Lits doubles un peu étroits : pour 2 adultes, mieux vaut prendre chambre avec lit Queesize.

I am speaking on behalf of my friends and family, the breakfast was great and one of your staff called Afomia looked after us very well and we have decided to have our school reunion at your hotel. The night shift manager , I could not remember his name ,he looked after us as well. Good combination of staff from all walks of life and nationalities. Your bar staff Anesa looked after us very well too, very charming and friendly.

The shower was slippery and leaking water from the shower hose.

It’s well laid out, nice bar area, good location for where we needed to be.

I’d tried to phone before arrival numerous times & it wasn’t answered. I’d messaged but no response. Car park very small & ridiculously laid out. There was a space but almost impossible to get into it but we did after 10 minutes of backwards & forwards & we paid £40 for that privilege.

Excelente localização, junto ao metro (Angel) e a 15min de Kings Cross. O pequeno almoço é muito bom.

A cama de casal era muito pequena, apesar do quarto não ser pequeno para os standards de Londres. O pior é mesmo a fila e a confusão do pequeno almoço. Depois das 9h da manhã é o absolutos caos no pequeno almoço (apesar do pequeno almoço em si ser ótimo).

We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the price we paid. We had a family room 2 adults 1 child, when booked

It was near to the Angel underground. More directions should be given on how to get there, we got off at Kings Cross & had a long walk to get to the hotel. It was once there we found out we could have gone on the underground to Angel.

The staff were friendly & very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable beds. A fridge in the room was very useful as was a safe. We paid £100 more than our friends who stayed exactly the same time. Booking.Com stated our child place was free, not so.

Love the place

The breakfast options were so many with great varieties unlike many hotels. What I love the most was that I arrived pretty early and with check in time at 2pm they still got me a room

Great Hotel, Fantastic service!!!

The Hotel itself is very well maintained, and this is consist through out all areas. On arrival the staff members were great, friendly, efficient. This also was consist through out our stay. Breakfast was excellent, food quality, cleanliness, and every staff member was helpful. It really is the small things that make a difference, even when very busy, they went out their way to make chocolate sauce for my sons pancakes. Overall we thought this hotel was excellent. Great location, standards, and the team that work there are stand out for great customer service. We will be back!!

Great hotel and location. Would stay again!

The hotel was great. It has a great location and a nice Pub right across the street. We loved the lobby. Selena was our bartender/waitress. Great attitude and made us feel welcome.

The elevator was small but hey it's Europe. The room was a touch smaller than I am used to but adequate.

The people that work at your hotel were all very friendly. The food was very good at the restaurant and also the breakfast was fine. The location was TOP! The buses/coaches in front of your hotel were great! We had a wunderfull stay at your hotel and recommand it to everyone! Greetings to Jade from the restaurant!

The bathroom floor didn't look so very clean. The containers (for the glass) at 06.00 am was very noisy, it woke us up. The rest was all great, we had a great time!

Good stay at short notice.

Staff very helpful , kind and courteous 👍 Room very nice. Bed very comfortable but just a slight issue as highlighted.

Housekeeping not replenishing tea, coffee, milk and towels. Not a standard I expected from a 4 Star hotel. Small gripe but mattresses had no mattress protector which I thought was a little odd. If for example a client had a liquid accident of any type on the bed then the only protection from the mattress would just be a bed sheet. I was told if there was such an occurance, then the mattress would be changed but this seems a very expensive way of dealing with the problem instead of just changing a mattress protector. Seems an odd policy in this age of better or improved sustainability. Protectors also help with dust mites. Even lower hotel category offer mattress protectors. Disappointed breakfast not included so had to pay extra. Again lower category hotels offer the same standard of breakfast in their rates.

Ich würde dieses Hotel bei meinem nächsten Besuch in London wieder buchen.

Das Hotel ist mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen. Eine U-Bahnstation (Angel) war nur wenige Hundertmeter entfernt.

Die Musik in der Bar hätte etwas leiser sein können 😉
