The room was spacious and we had a shared balcony off the bedroom. I slept on the sofa bed that was made up on arrival. It was very comfortable
We were on the 5th floor and the elevator only goes to the 4 th floor. I’m a senior and wouldn’t have been able to get my luggage up the small narrow hallway with steps without the help of my roommates

The location of the property was excellent. The room was spacious and very clean. The added bonus of the balcony was amazing! We had beautiful weather and being able to eat out on the balcony and visit with friends was wonderful! You do have to share the very large balcony with another room, but it was unoccupied while we were there. The staff was actually super helpful, once we figure out how to communicate with them.
They want you to download an app to digitally check-in. I have NO desire to go to all the trouble of installing an app for a place I am going to stay 1 time! Then, you are contacted via WhatsApp and only get AI generated responses. It was SUPER frustrating. We asked for an early check-in and it went in circles 'answering' our question. Then, when we got to the hotel, the storage lockers where we could put our bags were all full. There was NO SIGN of any human being. After paying $25 to a 3rd party app to check our bags across the street, a very nice employee showed up out of nowhere and said we were welcome to check into the room early. UGH.

Good location, clean, good service. 1 power adapter in the room and sockets with USB ports. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the room. Small fridge and coffee machine were available.
Going with the elevator wasn’t easy because of the need to use the code. It seems you need to first use the code to close the elevator door and then second time to choose the floor. Or I don’t know. We saw 2 man who had same issue. We started taking stairs instead.
There was very little space between the bed and the wall, I came back home with a couple of bruises.
