From the moment we booked, the team were exceptionally kind, helpful and professional. I explained that I was travelling to London for treatment at Barts and had a few particular needs, including a lower-floor apartment and, if possible, slightly earlier access. Every question was answered promptly and they accommodated us wherever they reasonably could, which took a great deal of stress out of our stay.
On arrival, the housekeeper was absolutely lovely and even helped us with one of our bags, which she certainly wasn’t obliged to do. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean — genuinely immaculate — and much more spacious and stylish than I had expected. There was a very comfortable bedroom and spotless bathroom, plus a lovely open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with everything we could possibly need, including a fridge and washing machine.
The location in Farringdon was excellent, with wine bars and restaurants nearby giving the area a lovely atmosphere. Despite being right in central London, the apartment felt comfortable, welcoming and rather chic. The whole experience exceeded our expectations
Genuinely, nothing. We only wished we could have stayed longer, but unfortunately the apartment was already fully booked for the additional nights we needed.

It was clean and quiet.
The vent is right over the bed so when you go to sleep it’s right on your face. Could do with extra toiletries very little shower gel no water in the room. Could have extra tongs like a robe or slippers to make it more comfortable. It’s new but basic enough.

The room was modern and the bed was comfy. There was more than enough room for one person to stay, and it was in a really fantastic central location.
The window didn't fully close, and there were noisy neighbours drinking outside it (on the terrace of a nearby business) until late. There were also no towels left in the room, so I couldn't have a shower in the morning. Didn't have a great night.
