Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und neu mit einem großen Balkon. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön mit viel Grün und Wasseranlagen gestaltet. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, selbst der Kaffe für den Automaten war vorhanden. Einkäufe vom frischen Brötchen bis zur Pizza, Knabbereien usw. sind in einem kleinen Laden Sabka möglich. Von der Tiefgarage führt ein Fahrstuhl bis auf den eigene Etage.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war etwas schwierig. Zum Teil haben wir mehrere Tage auf eine Antwort gewartet. Es gibt keinen Abstellraum für Fahrräder. Wir haben sie hinter dem Auto auf dem Tiefgaragenplatz gerade noch verstauen können.

The location is very good, walking distance from the old town and shopping centre.
The apartment is cozy and clean and has everything you need.
The road to the apartment block is made of bricks. Other than that all was good 👍.

Przestronny apartament, wygodne łóżka, pełne wyposażenie kuchni, do tego pralka, suszarka, Kosmetyki w łazience i mnóstwo innych drobiazgów niezbędnych normalnie w domu. Kontakt z wynajmującym bez zastrzeżeń. Bardzo blisko do starego miasta. Sklep żabka tuż przy budynku. Tramwaj też dosłownie 2 minuty do przystanku. Parking z wyznaczonym miejscem, winda, ciche otoczenie i przepiękne nowe osiedle.
Sporo samolotów przelatujacych dość blisko osiedla (byliśmy z małymi dziećmi, więc to trochę wieczorami przeszkadzalo), trochę ciemny salon, w pochmurne dni zapalaliśmy światło. Daleko do plaży, ale sami taka lokalizację wybraliśmy. Doczyscilabym niektóre miejsca, szczególnie pod prysznicem.
