Location and it’s style
Bathrooms at least had to have some shower gel or soap.
Mould round bath could be cleaned

A lovely, quirky place with an upstairs kitchen. Location was amazing, literally around the corner from Spanish Steps. Plenty of shops and restaurants right outside too. When the windows were open the street below was a little noisy but it didn't bother us; we liked the hub bub of the city. Nice lounge area with settees and big chairs. TV was good (and welcome after a long day out sight seeing) with plenty of English channels to watch. Teenage son very much appreciated having his own 'quarters' of bedroom and bathroom away from his parents; which is a huge advantage over any hotel room.
Kitchen had the basics needed for our stay: kettle, fridge, induction hob, cutlery and crockery to use. No conventional oven, but there was a counter-top oven/microwave combo type oven but we didn't try using it so not sure how successful that could be.

Appartamento di design in pieno centro, nel cuore di Piazza di Spagna, al primo piano. Si tratta di un loft spazioso e ben organizzato, con un arredamento curato e tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole.

I loved the location, the decor, and the high ceilings. It was very close to the metro, restaurants, taxi stand. You could walk out the door to the Spanish steps.
I didn’t like the bathrooms, they needed more attention & maintenance for the money we spent. The first night the main bathtub didn’t work and the other two tubs & shower barely had pressure and hot water. We spent the first night without showering or bathing. Day 2 & 3 we had a technician working on our place which was uncomfortable for us as guests. I didn’t feel this was our problem to coordinate fixing the bathtub & water pressure so we could shower. I honestly wanted to leave and advised the host. The host didn’t offer any compensation for the bathroom tub and shower issues. On the third day, the technician came back with parts to fix the main feature tub. The main feature tub was left dirty and we never used it. The host didn’t respond did our inquiries of a discount or about us wanted to leave. All he did was call a technician.
