Location for water activities and the bike path. Access to water and a jetty for our fishing boat. Number of bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated all our guests.
Limited parking both on the property and on the street. Aggressive neighbours who clearly have an ongoing with guests parking on public land in front of their home. We had 6 vehicles which is not unusual for a house accomodating up to 14 guests. Once we became aware of additional public parking down the road it became less of an issue.

Location is good. Supermarkets are close. Neighborhood is quiet and lovely. View is amazing. Big bedrooms on both floors are pretty.
The property isn't clean. Floors, carpets, kitchen, bathrooms, some beds are dirty. Many cockroaches roaming around the house. The laundry bathroom drain sticked very badly. We decided to close the door at all time because it made the whole floor smelly.
