Proximity, ease of access, perfect for what we required.

We were fortunate there on our own, may have been different if had to share bathroom, toilet, etc with others.

Very convenient walking distance to conference centre and town. Quiet and clean.

Had difficulty getting Wifi, but cleaning lady sorted it. I was travelling alone and lovely to have the whole house to myself on first night, however preferred the security of company when other guests arrived on second night. It is so quiet there. I stayed in the downstairs garden room, It was a shared bathroom but I knew that when booking.

Good, comfy bed. Great location in terms of walking distance to everything in town. But we had expected, from the photos, to have been in a quiet location overlooking a tranquil river! In fact our room looked over a busy motorway and the traffic was constant and really noisy. So nowhere near as serene or quiet as the photos had suggested. For a 1 night stay en route to the ferry though, great value and very convenient!

Location to centre of Blenheim was fabulous. We walked to restaurants, shops and around town. BUT very noisy beside the main motorway with a window view of traffic streaming past! Could not even leave our window open due to the traffic noise!
