* Very good location for exploring Ischia.
* Fully equipped shared kitchen, with drinking water in the fridge, some breakfast and a coffee machine.
* Good option for guests who enjoy cooking and a self-managed stay.
* James is a 10/10: very kind, helpful and caring, with great recommendations and help with boat tours, dinners and attractions.
* Very basic room for the price but still decent
* This is more like sharing a home with strangers in separate bedrooms than staying in a hotel or B&B, it is a guest house.
* Privacy and quiet are limited: you can hear other guests using the kitchen and common areas, including late at night or early in the morning.
* Standard indoor-style room keys do not provide a strong feeling of privacy.
* During our 8-night stay, the room was cleaned once and towels were changed twice.

Excellent host! We were very late coming in and James was wonderful in accommodating and checking ferry times for us. We had a short stay but enjoyed it thoroughly. The location is excellent. Close to ferry port and bus terminal. The restaurant recommendation was also lovely.
