Utilizzando il codice ricevuto tramite messaggio telefonico, è stato molto semplice aprire la cassetta che conteneva le chiavi di casa. Pratico anche il parcheggio nella rientranza davanti all'ingresso, che si vede molto bene nelle fotografie della struttura. Appartamento molto bello, confortevole con ampio soggiorno, altrettanto grandi cucina ben attrezzata e bagno al pianterreno. Salendo una scala di legno si "scoprono" le 3 belle e ampie camere da letto; in una di esse si trova il secondo bagno. La casa si affaccia sulla ferrovia ma, con le finestre chiuse il rumore del treno era appena percepibile e non disturbava il sonno. Ottima posizione sia per visitare Magonza che graziosi paesi poco distanti.

Das Ferienhaus mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es sogar eine riesige Badewanne für zwei Personen. Sowohl in der Küche als auch in den anderen Zimmern gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Sowohl Waschmaschine als auch Trockner sind vorhanden.
Beinahe vor dem Haus ist eine vielbefahrene Bahnstrecke, allerdings stört es bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht sehr. In der Küche fehlt eine Spülmaschine.
