Staff were fantastic
Air con didn’t work in room. Curtains didn’t fit windows so lots of light let in, awake at sunrise.

Since I am a regular guest, the services were good as usual.
Since I am a regular guest, the services were good as usual. Position of the hotel is very good as well as breakfast. This time I was in a renovated wing with better facilities.

The rooms were nice and comfortable.
When we arrived after a long journey, the least we expected was a filthy room. So we were transferred to another room, just for the night..
Everything worked there. As the tv only had local channels we were glad that we were able to connect to Netflix and Youtube.
Next morning we went back to our room. This time it aas clean but now the tv was not connected to Netflix and/or Youtube. And the staff was not prepared to fix that problem.
