Very helpful owners and staff. Beautifully well appointed. Exquisitely clean comfortable rooms and venue
Other guests blasted music and were obviously intoxicated until 2am. Area very industrial not picturesque but we travelled to attend a wedding so fit for purpose.

I liked the location as I was also visiting Pelham.
Location was to the point.
Caretaker is very friendly and helpful.
I'd appreciate if they can have an aircon, as the summers are very hot

Rooms were clean and comfortable
There was no reception and we were greeted by the gardener. On check out, there was no staff to check out to, so it was unclear what we needed to do.
