Great location, tram out the front and an easy walk to loads of shopping.
Both sliding door locks are faulty which resulted in getting stuck on the balcony for 20mins while someone managed to open from the inside.
Washer/dryer was found to be Out of Order after a very small load was started. I travel light and rely on being able to wash a small load.

Great location at a tram stop. Loved that parking was included, so we could park the car and leave it there for our stay.
We were not notified that the washing machine was out of order, so we only packed minimal clothes and had to use the paid laundromat down the road. There was no microwave cookware to cook with (eg, soup, vegetables etc). Only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied in each bathroom. We had to buy paper towels, spray and wipe and dishwasher tabs. At other places we have stayed, these things were supplied.

Apartment was not clean - air-conditioning filter was filthy which was problematic for all three guests who have asthma (you can see how dusty and dirty it is from the loft), shower had black/dark brown hair in it from the previous guests, cabinets and some surfaces were dusty.
We were relying on the iron & the ironing board cover was horriblly thin, elastic worn, and shedding foam which got all over our clothes and added to the asthma issues. Suggest replacing this.
Check-in was not smooth as the garage remote was left in the apartment by the cleaner instead of provided in the lock box as it should have been. Whilst the host helped us locate it, which was appreciated, it was challenging to organise ourselves and the car.
