L'arrivée sur mesure, l'accueil et la réactivité ! La localisation pret du métro et d'un magasin lidle.
Les équipements qui commencent a vieillir, le bruit des locations de vacances au dessus. Le quartier est populaire mais pas de problèmes.

Nos tocó el apartamento del segundo piso, está bien. Tiene ascensor si quieres. Lo mejor de todo el parking enfrente, si tienes coche y lo pides, la cochera privada justo enfrente la tienes toda para ti, a un buen precio. Este apartamento no tiene terraza, pero puedes usar la común de arriba del todo, no la usamos por el calor que hacía. Supermercados, panadería y cafetería muy cerca. Lo cojí por tener la boca del metro de Artigues - Sant Adria a 5-7 minutos andando, a dos calles, es lo mas cómodo de todo para visitar Barcelona
En mi opinión habría que renovar un poco el mobiliario del salón, mesa y sillas principalmente, aparte de poner un aire acondicionado en el pasillo que caliente o enfríe las habitaciones, aunque con el que hay en el comedor lo hace, tienes que tenerlo casi todo el día a tope. La vitrocerámica no supimos como encenderla y no llegamos a usarla. Lo que menos me gustó es el barrio, para ir a dormir y salir al día siguiente sin problemas, pero para pasear y salir ni soñarlo, es un barrio multicultural con todo tipo de nacionalidades.

If I had to describe this property in one word, it would be filthy. Our stay at Beach Apartment Artigas was thoroughly disappointing, and the property is severely neglected.
The hygienic conditions were unacceptable:
The Bathroom: The shower was covered in mold, filthy, and relied on cheap, unsafe improvisations. To make matters worse, basic essentials like shower gel, shampoo, and even toilet paper were completely missing.
The Bedrooms: One of the bedrooms had visible mold growing on the walls. The bedsheets were stained and clearly hadn't been washed properly.
General Cleanliness: The floors were unswept upon arrival, and the ashtray looked like it hadn't been emptied in years.
On top of the lack of cleanliness, the amenities and house rules were frustrating:
Air Conditioning: AC is only available in the living room, and we were instructed not to set the temperature below 21°C, making it uncomfortable during hot days.
Privacy Concerns: The property is monitored by video surveillance. This was neither mentioned in the rental listing nor disclosed with warning signs on-site, which is a major privacy violation.
The only positive aspect of this entire experience was its proximity to the subway station. Other than the location, this place is completely unlivable. Save your money and book somewhere else!
