Equipe solicita e sempre agindo com transparência mesmo com os problemas causados pela obra, quartos amplos e sempre limpos, equipe de housekeeping atenciosa e cuidadosa com os bens dos hospedes, ao retornar dos passeios encontrávamos o quarto como no check-in e nossos pertences cuidadosamente colocados no lugar certo.
O hotel está em renovação, parte do hotel está fechada e passamos por áreas sem calefação para chegar no quarto., também devido a obra ficamos sem água durante quase 1 dia e a Internet no quarto estava instável (provavelmente um ponto de acesso em falha), apesar de incômodo, é compreensível pois visitamos a cidade um mes antes do início da temporada. Senti falta de mais opções quentes no café, durante a estadia a única opção foram ovos mexidos

Café da manhã bem básico como em qualquer lugar da Argentina, mas podiam ter algumas opções a mais.
