Nice big room with big balcony in great location.
The owner is lovely and very helpful in looking after you. She also rents scooters at very good prices!

I stayed for a week. Well located by the main road and easy to walk to the beach. The owners are a wonderful couple to interact with and you can easily rent scooters, bicycles or even a car, plus top up on gasoline. They also have a tour desk and you can get all your trips and onward travel organised easily.
The rooms are spacious with a fridge, kettle, hot water and aircon all working well, and a large balcony. They have 3 rooms available and the bed is comfortable for me! Price is amazing especially during low season in Koh Lanta from May to Sep. It's easy to walk to nearby cafes and restaurants, such as Yawee. 7-11, ATMs, massage places are all near too, as well as the animal shelter.
I would definitely love to stay here again :)

The location is in walking distance from the beach, close to shops and restaurants.
Upon arrival we noticed that the air con wasn't working properly, even with the temperature set at 16 degrees in the room was boiling (26-28 degrees). 5 days later, the owner changed the AC unit and suggested that there was nothing wrong with the old one, it s just that we were working on our laptops mid day and noticed this. The furniture is very old, dusty and broken, the pillows very uncomfortable and stained, it s very noisy so you definitely need ear plugs. Make sure to get them. We have not received any toiletries in our month stay there - no toilet paper, no shower gel, sampoo or drinking water and we had to ask regularly for clean towels and bed sheets. And i mention this after staying at 4 previous accommodations in Thailand on the same budget.. We had to buy ants spray, they were everywhere including in the bed. I forgot to mention the fridge, yes, it was mouldy.
