The hostel is run by a lady who put her heart on it and you can appreciate it in every tiny detail.
Some stuff needs to be renewed, but overall all good.

There was a booking error for the dorm when I arrived, so was given a private room as a gesture of goodwill given, I had travelled on two flights plus a minivan and ferry to get to Koh Lanta. The lady at reception was really friendly and I even met the cool resident cat. The room was spotless and had the amenities you find in a regular hotel from complimentary water, a kettle with tea/coffee, and a fridge. Being a private room, it had AirCon that you could control. I loved that there was a Big-C convenience store literally across the road. There are also bars and restaurants within walking distance. Plus, you can easily walk to Phra Ae Beach. The hostel also has scooters and bicycles you could hire from them directly. An added bonus is that you could book any tours through the hostel as well. The general atmosphere of the place is laid back, so don’t expect parties or a flurry of people hanging out.
More of a personal observation. With the hostel being next to a main road, the traffic can be noticeably loud since the walls are not sound-proofed. Therefore, if you are a noise sensitive sleeper, this might be an issue for you. It can be resolved with a good pair of earplugs.

Great location! Close to the beach, bars, restaurants, 7 Eleven etc. Staff were lovely! One of the ladies actually offered us a ride to beautiful beach which was really kind 🥹 They also had little snacks, kettle, drinking water & microwave which was very handy.
The beds weren’t the most comfortable & the shower facilities could be a little cleaner..

Lit très spacieux avec une étagère énorme pour mettre toutes les affaires. Deux cintres mis à disposition par personne. Il y a un frigo, de l’eau et des biscuits gratuits
Je le trouve très surcôté, le ménage n’est jamais fait je suis restée 4 nuits et pas une seule fois les douches ont été lavées, les chambres non plus, c’est assez sale, les employés ne sont jamais là donc on ne peut pas vraiment créer de liens avec eux c’est pas hyper convivial la terasse est très petite et l’espace de vie aussi.
Rien de dramatique mais une note de 9/10 un peu surcôté pour ce que c’est
