Owner communication was excellent as I struggled a bit with the app. The house had it all views, comfortable, great main living space for our family to get together as well as amazing outdoor space. Manhattan Beach is a super cool place. outstanding rental in everyway.

We absolutely loved staying here! They had everything we needed for our family, short walk to the beach and the shops and such hospitality. We can't wait to come back.

great location, awesome views, Greg and his sister own the place and were very helpful and accommodating. Quick to respond to any need.
The house is very big for MB, we had 10 people, all young adults.
House has bikes, beach chairs, surf boards, you name it.
The house is also a little worn down, carpets needs replacing, house needs updating, but those are really minor points. Have to remember its a beach house with a lot of people traffic. We would definitely want to come back. Greg, thanks for everything. GREAT stay.
