About this cabin rental
Maple Haven is an inviting five bedroom, two and a half bath cabin located in the wooded Coolfont Mountainside Community across from Coolfont Resort. Ideally located between Historic Berkeley Springs, WV (8 minutes) and Cacapon Resort State Park (10 minutes), exploration is only a short drive away. Additionally, hiking trails within the community as well as tennis/basketball courts, an outdoor seasonal pool/hot tub, and play area offer options within walking distance. And if you choose to stay in altogether, this home offers an escape room experience as well as many areas set up for relaxation and family fun! Stay cool in the summer with the central AC and keep warm in the winter with the baseboard heat. Please note that no smoking nor pets are permitted on the property and that cell phone reception varies depending on your personal service provider. There have been many fantastic renovations made to this beautiful property, we can’t wait to share with you!

Arriving and heading home
⏳ Check-in is at 3 pm
You’re welcome to arrive anytime after 3 pm. If you’d like to arrive earlier, give our office a call the day before or the day of your arrival. We’ll be happy to check whether an early check-in is available.
⏳ Check-out is promptly at 12 noon
Our housekeeping team often travels a considerable distance to prepare the home for the next guests, so please depart no later than noon. That little bit of extra time matters.

This was the perfect getaway spot. Easy to get to from the DC area, close to Berkeley Springs for a spa day and special dinner out, and the house was ideal. We felt like we were deep in the mountains, the house had everything we needed and our small group left feeling refreshed. As one of us said, it was the perfect rest and reset. Would definitely return.

Loved the location. Gorgeous old growth woods and very quiet neighborhood. You can see a couple of neighboring houses and some car headlights occasionally but still very peaceful.The house had a great layout for us. Two bedrooms on main level was great for us older folks while three bedrooms and a second living room downstairs was perfect for the kids. I also liked that the main level felt cozy (I.e., not too big) with comfortable seating and a cool, easily accessible deck. Also, kitchen was well equipped.Only negatives were the super old appliances and downstairs bedrooms can hear every movement upstairs.Loved the place. Highly recommend.

Nice house in a peaceful location, a short drive from town. Rental agency was very responsive. Family had a great time together, there.
