About this apartment rental
This sun-filled home is tucked away in a lovely private yet central location, just a few minutes to the heart of downtown Provincetown. Easy walking distance from the pier if you take the ferry from Boston, but if you drive 2 parking spaces are included with the unit. This 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath offers multiple living spaces over 3 levels. With a reverse floorplan the upper floor has beautiful vaulted ceilings, skylight and lots of windows to enjoy the surrounding greenery and sunshine outside. The open floor plan includes a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a half bath, and a living room with a gas fireplace as its focal point. For outside entertaining, there's a large deck off the kitchen with dining table and gas grill. On the ground floor, are 2 nicely sized bedrooms on the entry floor with a tub bath between them. The 1st bedroom has great natural lighting with 2 windows at the front of the home. The 2nd bedroom is at the back with a wonderful enclosed porch attached, a truly wonderful space to sit at the end of the day, surrounded by windows. It's a great place to relax, starting your day with morning coffee or ending it with an evening cocktail. A bonus garden level den with a gas fireplace, a shower bath and laundry room provides added space for you and your guests to enjoy. The unit has been outfitted with A/C mini-splits for your comfort.

Location was great. Parking available for 2 cars. Bedrooms were nice with AC in each room. Kitchen area and living area were clean and comfortable. And 2 and a half bathrooms. Can't say anything bad about this place. Excellent! Thank you!

What a great spot! Check in was a breeze. The parking instructions for two cars was a bit confusing, but we figured it out after a fewMinutes. Location was superb.Huge place with the perfect amount of decor. We plan to stay make your home our home in Ptown!

We had a great time here! It’s close enough to town that you can walk but far enough that it’s nice and quiet 24/7.

First, the house had a standout location. However, the layout was confusing. The top floor is good has a kitchen (no dishwasher), half bath and deck (the tree outside deck needs trimming as it blocks the sun).
The second floor has two bedrooms that share a bathroom. However, the 2nd bedroom leads to an additional porch AND the lower level where the second bathroom, media room and laundry room are. This lower level also connects to a different unit.
