Casita Bella AZ is a 1 bedroom 1 bath 900 sq./ft. detached guesthouse located in beautiful Paradise Valley. With a private entrance, electric gate the Casita is secure and private. Casita Bella AZ is set up for self-check-in and check-out but someone from our team will be available to greet you upon arrival. The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa and the full-size kitchen is stocked with all your needs during your stay. The bedroom has: -King-sized bed -cotton linens -double vanity -walk-in shower -walk-in closet -ironing board -full-length mirror -LG washer and dryer -flat screen TV A fire pit, BBQ, picnic table, and 4-person jacuzzi are located on the patio. Guests have full access to the Casita. All rooms have shades or black-out window treatments. The casita has an outdoor mist system and an indoor NEST heating-air system. Past guests have comments such as "The amenities, interior, design, and furnishings were absolutely lovely" and "What a gem! This place is perfectly placed by Scottsdale and easy to get around." If you bring your pet, we need vaccination records before your stay. We are happy to provide vaccination records to you. Our dogs are house dogs and live in a separate are on the property.

Top notch accommodation in a quiet upscale area minutes from shops, dining and hiking. Beautifullly decorated and appointed private property. Charles has everything covered and leaves you wanting for nothing. Will most definitely stay there upon our next return visit

Great relaxing property. Very secluded and quite, yet close enough to great restaurants and shops in downtown Scottsdale. Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will be back !!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was immaculate. Charles was an extremely gracious host. The entire experience met our expectations. Our daughter was able to visit with her small dog which was very important to us being they we only see her a few times a year. Charles made us feel welcome as well as our grand dog. Can’t thank him enough. We will be back. Location and amenities! Thank you again.

Charles was the best host we have ever had at any stay only to be matched with his beautiful casita. The communication was bar non as he checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of at all times. I just so happened to be in town for a medical visit in which Charles checked in on us and our well being and offering go above and beyond. So unexpected yet generous and kind of him. We couldn't have asked for a better host. He also gave wonderful dining suggestions which were much appreciated. The casita is fully stocked and exquisitely furnished. No corners were cut in the care he has taken to make sure everyone is comfortable in this guest house and it was noticed and valued. We were welcomed with fresh flowers throughout the house in addition to extremely clean and cozy amenities. The bed is very comfortable with plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. The full size kitchen is fully stocked and complimentary soda and water in the refrigerator was a welcome touch. It is close to old town Scottsdale with many options of things to do for night life and exploring. There are bikes provided so you can ride to the night life. There is also great hiking, museums, and other activities within minutes of the home. We always felt safe being able to park behind a private gate even though the casita is situated in one of the most beautiful locations in Arizona. It was always very quit which allowed the much needed rest I required. We will definitely be back.
