Breakfast spread is very good. Ample car parking. Decent play area for kids.
Slightly overpriced for the room we stayed. There is no balcony. Also road to the resort is just terrible. The same road gets smooth just after the resort. I travelled a lot around munnar during my stay, but no roads were in such a bad condition.

We checked in @ 8.30 pm but we had to check out @12 pm next day, they gave just one hour additional from check out time.
