The apartment is close to the beach(10 minutes walk) and the city center(10 minutes walk). There is a coffeshop right across the park, there are 2 big supermarkets 2 minutes away, and pharmacies 2-3 minutes away. We never had problems with hot water or air conditioner. The host was very responsive and gave us good tips for restaurants and beaches. He also provided some toys for the kid and we had beach umbrellas to take with us. The apartment was stocked with everything you needed(cutlery, bowls, cooking ustensils, herbs, oil, etc.). There were plenty of garbage bags and kitchen paper rolls and toilet paper rolls for our whole stay (9 days). We had some complementary water and vegetables for a salad(which was much appreciated because we had a small delay and were a bit thirsty and hungry)
There's nothing the host could have done better everything was very good.
Things which are not in your or the host's control: The apartment is at ground floor(but not at the street level, a bit up) so you might hear some city noise during the day but nights are quiet(we sept well during our stay)
Would I come here again? Yes, I would!

L'appartement est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à peine à pieds de la mer et du centre avec tous les restaurants et boutiques. Tout était conforme à l'annonce, l'appartement est très bien équipé et spacieux, la clim était très appréciable en plein été. Babis est très accueillant et disponible, avec de bons conseils, et nous avons apprécié de trouver à notre arrivée les ingrédients pour cuisiner une salade grecque et le nécessaire pour le petit dejeuner. Et un petit plus : un parc juste en face bien apprécié par les enfants !
