We have stayed in Chania several times and these apartments are definitely the best. Mary the host is wonderful, great communication from when I first booked almost 10 months in advance, she emailed me check in details the day before we arrived, great communication on the day and once we had checked in and we actually met Mary one day in the lift. There is a lock box to get into the main front door, then there is a lift and the keys to our apartment were in the door. The location is fantastic, 10 mins walk to the beach, 10 mins to the bus station, 10 mins to the town centre, 10 mins to a big supermarket, plenty of small supermarkets a few doors away, plus bakers, butchers. There are 3 apartments in the block, we stayed on the 3rd (top) floor. It was very quiet, it was great not having the noise of people coming and going, banging doors etc which you get with large apartment blocks and hotel rooms Great sized balcony, plenty of room to eat bfast out there plus space for a dryer to dry your clothes and great town views and you can go up on the roof if you wanted to. The apartment had everything you could need. Plenty of cupboard space, hangers, washing machine, kettle, toaster, tv with greek channels and netflix etc, great wi fi and plenty of hot water with good pressure (something which can be poor in crete/greece). And Mary offers a cleaning service halfway through if you wanted with clean towels and sheets, something we have never had in an apartment before so that was a nice touch.
Chania is a fantastic town. Busy but not a party town. Lovely sandy beach, plenty of restaurants along the front and a couple of shops. Sea is shallow and fairly calm. Sunbeds prices vary, we used the beds at Frini Hotel down the end of the beach which were 20 euros a day which is more expensive than a couple of years ago. But the staff leave you alone and you can take your own food and drink although they offer beach service if you want it.
Nothing - everything was perfect for us and we will definitely try and stay here when we return.

The location was fantastic - close to the beach and within short walking distance to Chania Old Town. Bakery, supermarkets and even cafes all within walking distance. Wven the bus stop was a short distance away. The apartment its self was exceptional - clean and all amenities available. The welcome treat of raki, biscuits and watee bottles was a sweet touch. Wifi was fantastic - fast and and easy to access with details on the door. Communication with Mary was quick, easy and efficient. Having met Mary as well, was a treat - such a warm and loving woman. Honestly she made you feel at home. That special touch was fantastic even though we had a language barrier - she still made you feel welcomed and appreciated.
Would have no hesitation in coming back.

Excellent option for the Nea Chora area in Chania, the flat is spotless clean and fully equipped, with a big and comfy balcony. Mary was a wonderful and helpful host. The location is great, very close to the beach and within walking distance to all interesting spots in Chania. I would highly recommend it.
