The location
Kitchen utensils are very limited. The window blinds are not working properly, the handy man tried to fix it but did not do a good job.

Location was great. Next to Gurney and Paragon Mall.
Easy to access the property with good instructions.
Place is spacious, clean, and functional.
Also very security conscious which meant locking up every time. Old style security.
All facilities appear to be in good working condition.
Not dislikes, rather comment for improvements?
Extra towels would be nice.
Soap for hand washing will be useful.
The lift is slow and can't take more than 3 average sized bodes.

Spacious and clean.
The traffic along the adjacent main road generates noise and the rooms are inadequately sound proof. Toiletries are sparse. Downpayment procedure creates inconvenience for foreign visitors. A higher level of trust is needed to rent out the apartment.

The location
Mosquito in the room especially in the twin single mattress bedroom, it was warm in the dining area as no fan or aircon there... master bedroom mattress not comfortable. Didn't expect that we need to throw the kitchen waste by ourselves into the big bin outside the apartment, never experience this before.
