The staff was very welcoming and kind. Always there for us if we needed something. They took great care of their clients.
We can easily see the Pyramids from our room and from the restaurant on the roof. Yes it's little further than other hotels but still worth it.
Transportation is easy accessible with Uber to go to all activities.
The size of the room is spacious. Beds are confortable. The bathroom is spacious and also in good shape.
The breakfast was very good and filling ! The breakfast opened at 07:30 in the morning. One of your booked activities was before that, and the staff prepared a breakfast box for us and was ready for us before we go.. That was very nice touch !
I saw comments about the traffic noise, but it's everywhere the same in Cairo and Giza. There will be traffic sound wherever you are unless you go to very expensive hotel like Hilton. Don't worry about this one.

The pyramid's view is really nice and makes a great breakfast and dinner view! We needed medicine and the staff went above and beyond to get it for us. They arranged a driver to take us anywhere we wanted and made sure we'd seen everything we wanted in Caïro and Giza. We really recommend staying here, the staff will make sure you will have an amazing time. Thank you!
