The people - Eslam, Saif etc were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The pyramid view from the room was stellar. The lift to the 4th floor served its purpose.
There was a smell in the room and it appeared to be coming from the AC unit. We were asked to keep balcony door open to dispel the smell which became a pain. We stayed 3 nights and had to suffer through the smell every minute of our stay in the room, unfortunately.
