We were pleasantly surprised to find that it had a dining room with free tea & coffee bags (no milk), kettle, water container, microwave, cutlery, plates, jam, a toaster oven & large rubbish bin. There was also bread available in the morning for a free light breakfast.
It had 2 toilets downstairs (1 urinal & 1 toilet pan), a large sink/handbasin & 2 showers. Not sure what was upstairs.
The bed & pillows were comfortable, the room was sizable, had blockout curtains, air-conditioning, a heater, fridge with a small freezer, 1 stool & a table. There were 2 power outlets & 1 USB jack.
Our room was downstairs next to the showers & opposite the dining room, but it was very quiet.
There was ample free parking very close by. There was no additional charge for sheets & towels (as stated on Booking.com), but there was an additional 100 Yen bed tax per person.
There is a free onsen only 2 km away that was clean, a very short walk and well used by the locals.

Good value for money. Very comfy beds and helpful staff. We appreciated the code system for the front door and the free tea and coffee.
Showers downstairs, room upstairs.

The staff is really nice. The room and all other facilities are pretty clean and tidy. They also have pickup service if you arrive late (with fee).
It's a bit far from the town center, an approximately 25-minute walk.
