My go-to place for accommodation in Osaka. This is my third time here, so I'll just repeat my last review since nothing has changed. The same convenient contactless check-in: enter with a code sent to you and then check in on a tablet in the lobby. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and Shinsekai is five minutes away, the metro is three. The shower, bed, air conditioning, TV, and refrigerator are all clean and working. There's even a balcony.

Excellent location, spacious and clean. We had a taste of what it would feel like to live in Osaka! Easy check-in and check-out. The rooms were great for families and well appointed. Thank you, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

It was close to the public transport and the apartment itself was spacious and clean.
The neighbourhood is shady, lots of homeless and drunk people, it was next to 2 big pachinkos. It was the first time in Japan that I didn’t feel safe. Surprised that no one else left a review about this. I would never have booked this place if I knew it.

This is my 2nd time stay here..the 1st experience was wonderful..the 2nd time, the house floor was dirty, smelly and the bed and pillow are not comfortable too.. the previous unit on my stay was far better :(
